Patient Access Representative
Part-Time
Monday-Friday
No Weekends and No Holidays
About Us:
Keystone Patient Access Center is dedicated to providing exceptional service to our patients. We are looking for a team player with a desire and willingness to learn!
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls promptly (by the third ring).
- Determine the reason for the contact and provide appropriate information.
- Direct callers to the correct individuals or departments.
- Assist patients by scheduling appointments through various channels (phone, Solution Reach, EMR).
- Reschedule appointments as necessary.
- Book incoming referrals.
- Assist with mailings and other projects as call volume allows.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience in a healthcare setting is highly preferred.
- Proficiency with telephones and computers.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Spanish speaking is always a plus but not required.
