Seeking someone who is a team player with a desire and willingness to learn!
Assist patients and their needs by scheduling in multiple channels such as but not limited to phone, Solution reach, and email. Also is responsible for rescheduling appointments as needed, schedule incoming referrals and aid with mailings and other projects as call volume permits. Coordinated work between multiple departments. Optimized service procedures to increase customer satisfaction. High school diploma or GED required
