LPN – Relief/PRN
Keystone Health Agricultural Worker’s Program
This nursing position is with Keystone Health’s Agricultural Worker’s Program (AWP). Work will be in seasonal; hours will be variable.
The LPN will work as needed in Keystone AWP clinics (Adams or Franklin County). Duties at the clinics include obtaining medical history, performing vital signs, health screenings, patient education, electrocardiograms, intramuscular injections, and vaccines. Provides follow-up visits as needed. This position also requires participation in visits to farms, labor camps, homes, and outreach events to provide health care needs.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Works under the supervision of the regional manager in accordance with professional standards in a Primary Care setting and Keystone Farmworker Health Program protocols.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE: Graduate of an ANA accredited School of Nursing. Prefer 2 years’ experience in Primary Care and/or Community Health Work. Knowledge of, and the ability to, provide services in a manner appropriate to the culture of the farmworker community. Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR). Epic experience is a plus.
LICENSES and CERTIFICATION: Current Pennsylvania LPN license. Additional MD license preferred. Current CPR certification. Current PA Driver’s license.
