An appointment is required to receive a vaccine. The below scheduling tool should be used for CHILDREN (ages 12-17 only, as we are using the Pfizer vaccine for this clinic). If you are an adult (over the age of 18) and would like to receive a COVID-19 vaccine, please click here. You do not have to be a patient of Keystone Health to receive the COVID vaccine.
To read information sheets (EUA) on the Pfizer vaccine, click here.
We offer online scheduling- see scheduling tool below. If you would prefer to schedule by phone, please text or call Keystone Pediatrics at (717) 709-7950 or Keystone Family Medicine at (717) 709-7999.
When scheduling an appointment, remember this is a 2 dose series and the 2nd vaccine will be automatically scheduled exactly 21 days (3 weeks from 1st dose) for you. Please make sure you are available in 3 weeks for 2nd dose. THE SECOND DOSE CANNOT BE RESCHEDULED; we do this to avoid vaccine waste. Parent or guardian must accompany minors to vaccine appointments.
Where are the vaccine clinics?
We have multiple vaccine clinic locations. Please be sure to make a note of the location, day and time of the vaccine clinic that you have selected. The vaccine clinics are located at:
- Keystone Pediatrics-Chambersburg, 830 Fifth Avenue, Suite 103, Chambersburg;
- Keystone Pediatrics-Waynesboro, 45 Roadside Avenue, Waynesboro
- Keystone Family Medicine, 820 Fifth Avenue, Chambersburg
COVID-19 vaccine is provided at 100% no cost to the vaccine recipient. If a vaccine recipient has health coverage, Keystone Health may seek appropriate reimbursement from the recipient’s plan or program for a vaccine administration fee.
NOTE: The below scheduling tool is capable of scheduling first doses only (second doses are automatically scheduled for you, following your first dose).
If you are having difficulty using the below scheduling tool and need help scheduling an appointment, please text or call Keystone Pediatrics at (717) 709-7950 or Keystone Family Medicine at (717) 709-7999.
