Ms. Helm earned her Masters of Arts in Art Therapy from Marywood University in Scranton, PA, and her Bachelors of Arts in Fine Arts with a secondary emphasis in Psychology from Juniata College, in Huntingdon, PA. Shas experience working with a variety of diagnoses and children, teens and adults, and is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR).

Pernilla Lovegrove, LMFT
Ms. Lovegrove earned her Masters of Arts in Christian Counseling and her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, OK. Ms. Lovegrove is experienced in working with depression, anxiety, PTSD, personality disorders, religious concerns, systemic family work, and couple’s therapy. She sees both children and adults and is well versed in dealing with complicated family situations, including foster care and homelessness. Ms. Lovegrove is certified in Critical Incident Stress Management and in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
