Irakli Mania, MD, DFAPA
Medical Director, PsychiatristDr. Mania completed the adult psychiatry residency training in the Department of Psychiatry at Drexel University College of Medicine in Philadelphia. During his residency he served on an Executive Steering Committee and was a Chief Resident. He completed a year-long residency elective at the institute of addictive disorders at Drexel and participated in the fellowship program at the Psychoanalytic Center of Philadelphia. Dr. Mania has an extensive research background in Electrophysiology from the Department of Psychiatry at Emory University School of Medicine.
Dr. Mania is a President of the Central Pennsylvania Psychiatric Society and serves as a vice-chairman of the Mental Health advisory Board for the Franklin and Fulton counties. Dr. Mania is a clinical faculty member at Drexel University and affiliated professor at the University of Georgia. He is a distinguished fellow of the American Psychiatric Association and a fellow of the American Society of Addiction Medicine.
Dr. Mania directs the Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) clinic at Keystone. He is a member of education committee at clinical TMS society. He is licensed in Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) for Opioid Use Disorder (OUD). Dr. Mania holds certificate with distinction in master psychopharmacology program from Neuroscience Education Institute.
Dr. Mania is a recipient of several awards including “The residency award for clinical excellence” from Drexel University and the “Everyday Hero Award” from Pennsylvania Medical Society.

Sandra Gascon Garcia, MD

Jagdeep Kaur, MD, FAPA
Addiction Psychiatrist and Clinical Director of MAT ServicesDr. Kaur graduated from the addiction psychiatry fellowship program at University of Maryland Medical Center, Baltimore, Maryland. She completed general psychiatry residency training from Virginia Commonwealth University, Medical College of Virginia campus, Richmond, Virginia. She completed her medical school at Govt. Medical College, Patiala, India.
Dr. Kaur is a recipient of Pennsylvania Medication Society’s (PAMED) early-career physician award for her clinical excellence. She has been approved for PAMED’s 2020 Year-Round Leadership Academy scholarship. She is an active member of the Opioid Advisory Committee and Physician Health Program Committee of PAMED. Dr. Kaur leads the Educational Committee of the Central Pennsylvania Psychiatric Society.
Dr. Kaur has special interest in addressing substance use disorder along with mental health disorders. At Keystone Behavioral Health, Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) services were started in 2014 under Dr. Kaur’s supervision. Dr. Kaur is certified in treating treatment-resistant cases with Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Spravato (Esketamine). She is a valuable member of the American Academy of Addiction Psychiatry, American Society of Addiction Medicine, Clinical TMS society, American Psychiatric Society, Pennsylvania Psychiatric Society, and Pennsylvania Medical Society.
Dr. Kaur has authored peer-reviewed scholarly articles which are published in high-impact academic journals. She is invited to present at international annual conferences and to judge the work of other professionals as peer reviewer and journal reviewer. She is currently a Clinical Faculty Member at Drexel University, College of Nursing and Health Professions.
