Patient Referral Specialist
Location: Keystone Pediatrics
Schedule: Monday – Friday | Full Time (40 hours/week) | No weekends or holidays

Job Description:
The Patient Referral Specialist will perform medical records duties, including the management of referrals and forms. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, compiling, verifying, and scanning patient health information into the electronic health record according to established guidelines. The incumbent will perform duties under the supervision of the Office Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage referrals and forms.
- Schedule appointments.
- Compile, verify, and scan patient health information into the electronic health record.
- Enter insurance information and have the ability to determine errors in the system.
- Ensure compliance with established guidelines of Keystone Health.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Current CPR certification is required.
- Electronic Health Records experience required.
- A minimum of one year of experience in a similar position in a health care setting is preferred.
- Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment.
