We’re a fast-paced, expanding Community Health Center looking for an LPN to join our team and help improve the wellness of our neighbors.
Previous office nursing experience and knowledge of electronic medical record preferred. This nursing position completes many tasks such as phone calls, request medical records for new patients, referral tracking, lab/ diagnosis tracking, and complete authorizations for medications as needed. Maintain all aspects of the provider schedule including chart prep, preparing patients for exams, medication administration, assisting with procedures, notifying patients of results, and assisting with nurse visits as assigned. Must be able to multitask, be well organized, have excellent time management skills, be a great team player, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Spanish-speaking skills are a plus but not required.
Applicant must have a current Pennsylvania LPN license and current CPR /BLS certification.
This position is a 4/10 hour days per week.
