Location: Keystone Urgent Care
Schedule: 36 hours/week (12-hour shifts) (Benefit Eligible) | Open 7 days/week | Closed Thanksgiving & Christmas
General Summary
Join our fast-paced, mission-driven team at Keystone Urgent Care. We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our patient-focused team. This role supports daily clinical operations by managing essential care coordination tasks in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
- Rooming patients and obtaining vitals
- Make and return patient phone calls in coordination with providers
- Track referrals, labs, and diagnostic results for timely follow-up
- Complete prior authorizations for medications as needed
- Collaborate with clinical team to ensure continuity of care
- Float to assist fellow nurses with patient care and workflow coverage
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR) and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations
LPN Applicants:
- Completion of an accredited LPN program
- Current Pennsylvania LPN license
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Bilingual (Spanish) skills a plus
Preferred Experience:
- Prior nursing or medical assistant experience in an emergency room or urgent care setting
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR)

- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) is a plus
