Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Full-Time | 12-Hour Shifts | Closed on Thanksgiving & Christmas
We’re seeking a compassionate and organized LPN to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in our fast-paced urgent care setting. You’ll support providers with clinical tasks, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure smooth patient flow.

Responsibilities

  • Room and discharge patients, obtain vitals, and update medical histories
  • Perform phone triage, lab/diagnostic tracking, and medication authorizations
  • Administer vaccines and medications as directed
  • Document accurately in the EHR and support team collaboration

Qualifications

  • Active LPN license
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • Experience with EHR required; urgent care or ER experience preferred
  • Spanish-speaking skills a plus
