Keystone Health is seeking a Hygienist to join our growing dental team and play an integral role in helping to provide high quality, compassionate care to all patients in our community.

About the Position:
- Full Time/Part Time
- No Weekends
- No Holidays
- EPIC EDR
Responsibilities:
- Assess dental condition and needs of patient including screening of head, neck, and oral cavity for disease.
- Responsible for dental prophylaxis, topical fluoride application, sealants, radiographs, patient education including oral health instruction and the plaque control program.
- Providing routine preventive treatment for new and existing patients.
- Accurate documentation and maintenance of patient records.
Professional Skills:
- Have an eligible for licensure or active Pennsylvania Dental Hygienist License
