Location: Keystone Family Medicine—Fifth Avenue
Schedule: Monday-Friday | Full-Time (40 hours/week) | No weekends or holidays
Keystone Family Medicine is seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Clinical Support LPN to join our fast-paced, patient-centered team. In this role, you’ll provide direct patient care and assist our medical providers to ensure efficient, high-quality service for every patient. Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient care within the scope of a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), maintaining all required competencies.
- Prepare for patient appointments by reviewing records, reconciling medications, and collecting vitals.
- Assist providers with exams, procedures, and follow-up care.
- Carry out provider orders, including lab requisitions, imaging requests, and medication administration.
- Educate patients on treatment plans, test results, and preventive care.
- Collect and prepare lab specimens.
- Maintain exam room readiness, including cleaning and sterilizing equipment.
- Document accurately and promptly in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
- Participate in team meetings, required trainings, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current Pennsylvania LPN license.
- Current CPR certification.
- Minimum one-year experience in a clinical setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and EHR systems; EPIC experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; Spanish proficiency preferred.
- Exceptional time management, prioritization, and attention to detail.
