Part-Time (30 hours weekly)

Keystone Health Crisis Intervention Program provides mental health and drug and alcohol services throughout the Franklin and Fulton County areas. These services are provided by Hotline and/or face-to-face contact in the Crisis office or the local hospital emergency departments.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in with major course work in sociology, social work, psychology, gerontology, anthropology, political science, history, criminal justice, theology, nursing, education or a related field OR be a registered nurse OR  have a high school diploma or equivalency and 12 semester credit hours in sociology, social work, psychology, social work, gerontology, anthropology, political science, history, criminal justice, theology, nursing, counseling, education or related field OR have a high school diploma or equivalency and 3 years of mental health direct care experience in public or private human services with employment as a mental health staff person prior to 1/1/92. OR be a consumer or a family member who has 1 year of experience as an advocate or leader in a consumer or family group and has a high school diploma or equivalent. OR staff employed by a provider who have 5 years’ experience as a supervisor of mental health services in a mental health agency prior to 1/1/92 will be exempt from this section.

Current CPR certification is required.

Chiropractic Therapy Assistant

Location: Keystone Chiropractic
Schedule: Monday-Friday | Part-Time (30 hours/week) | No weekends or holidays

Overview: 

Keystone Chiropractic is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Chiropractic Therapy Assistant (CTA) to join our team. The CTA will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice by assisting with patient care and therapy administration.

Responsibilities:

• Rooming patients and preparing them for their therapy sessions
• Administering therapies such as Stim Therapy, Laser Therapy, and Traction (training will be provided)
• Collaborating closely with the Chiropractor and their Scribe to ensure patient needs are met and to maintain the Chiropractor’s schedule
• Supporting the Director of Practice Services in various tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED equivalency required
• Current CPR certification
• Previous experience in a chiropractic setting is preferred
• Experience working in a medical office setting is an advantage
• Strong desire to learn, grow, and expand abilities within the facility

General Summary

Join our fast-paced, mission-driven team at Keystone Urgent Care. We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our patient-focused team. This role supports daily clinical operations by managing essential care coordination tasks in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

• Rooming patients and obtaining vitals
• Make and return patient phone calls in coordination with providers
• Track referrals, labs, and diagnostic results for timely follow-up
• Complete prior authorizations for medications as needed
• Collaborate with clinical team to ensure continuity of care
• Float to assist fellow nurses with patient care and workflow coverage
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR) and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations

LPN Applicants:

• Completion of an accredited LPN program
• Current Pennsylvania LPN license
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Bilingual (Spanish) skills a plus

Preferred Experience:

• Prior nursing or medical assistant experience in an emergency room or urgent care setting
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR)

• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) is a plus

Medical Assistant – Medical Chaperone

Keystone Women’s Care

Full-Time | 40 Hours/Week | Monday–Friday No Weekends | No Holidays

Keystone Women’s Care, a practice specializing in obstetrical and gynecological health, is seeking a Medical Assistant – Medical Chaperone to join our growing team!

The primary duty of the Medical Assistant (MA) in the Medical Chaperone position is to attend medically sensitive exams and procedures.  The MA – Medical Chaperone serves as a witness and safeguard for both the patient and the provider. 

Secondary to chaperoning, the MA – Medical Chaperone supports nursing staff at Keystone Women’s Care (KWC) as needed.  This individual may assist with rooming patients, providing patient care, and prescribe medical treatments. 

✅ Qualifications

• Graduate of an Accredited Medical Assistant Program
• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) preferred
• Experience in a medical office setting is a plus
• Must hold a current CPR certification

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in social work, psychology, rehabilitation, activity therapies, counseling, education, or related fields and three (3) years of mental health direct-care experience  OR Bachelor’s degree in sociology, social work, psychology, gerontology, anthropology, political science history criminal justice, theology, counseling, education or related field or be a registered nurse,  and five (5) years direct care experience and two (2) years supervisory experience. OR A bachelor’s degree in nursing and 3 years of mental health direct care experience OR  A registered nurse license, certified in psychology or psychiatry.

Current CPR certification is required.
