Our ideal candidate will have a focus on excellence in clinical care, timeliness in patient support and follow-up, promptness and clear communication in support of providers and dedication to the mission of Keystone Health.

LPN/CMA/MA responsibilities include, but not limited to: rooming/discharging patients, obtaining vital signs, administering vaccines/medications, point of care testing, referral tracking, lab and diagnosis tracking, authorization for medications as needed and documentation in electronic health record(s) (EHR). Will also float to assist other nurses when needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience with EHR required.

• Previous office nursing experience preferred.

LPN Occupational Health Nurse

Full Time (Monday-Friday)

About the Role:

The LPN- Occupational Health Nurse plays a critical role in promoting and maintaining the health and safety of employees within the organization. This position is responsible for providing comprehensive occupational health services, including injury prevention, health assessments, and management of work-related illnesses. The nurse will collaborate closely with management and employees to develop and implement health programs that comply with regulatory standards and support a safe work environment. Additionally, the role involves conducting health education, administering immunizations, and managing case documentation to ensure timely and effective care. Ultimately, the Occupational Health Nurse contributes to reducing workplace hazards and enhancing overall employee well-being, which supports organizational productivity and compliance.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse program with a minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience. 
• Current CPR certification. 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in occupational health nursing or related healthcare setting preferred. 
• Knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations and workers’ compensation laws preferred.
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR)- EPIC knowledge preferred. 

Responsibilities:

• Ensures that company employees’ health requirements are met. 
• Coordinates, completes, and tracks new employee pre-employment physicals, ensuring the employee has all necessary vaccinations and screenings.
• Provides vaccinations for new employees as needed.
• Manages, coordinates, administers, and tracks annual employee vaccinations.
• Manages, coordinates, and tracks employee TB screenings and testing.
• Functions as the Respiratory Program Administrator, providing, tracking, and coordinating Fit Testing throughout the organization.
• Provides required infection prevention and control education to new employees or as requested.
• Reviews and logs all employee infectious disease exposures.
• Tracks blood-borne pathogen events to ensure employees have appropriate follow up.
• Workers’ Compensation Incident management and tracking.
• Encourages employees to take responsibility for their own health through health education, wellness activities, and campaigns.
• Assists with policy development, revision, and review as it applies to employee health.

Skills:

The required skills enable the nurse to effectively assess and manage employee health concerns, ensuring timely intervention and prevention of workplace illnesses and injuries. Strong communication skills are essential for educating employees and collaborating with management to foster a culture of safety. Organizational skills support accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements. Preferred skills, such as certification in occupational health nursing and experience with EHR systems, enhance the nurse’s ability to deliver specialized care and efficiently manage health records. Together, these skills ensure the nurse can provide comprehensive occupational health services that promote employee well-being and organizational compliance.

Medical Assistant – Medical Chaperone

Keystone Women’s Care, a practice specializing in obstetrical and gynecological health, is seeking a Medical Assistant – Medical Chaperone to join our growing team!

The primary duty of the Medical Assistant (MA) in the Medical Chaperone position is to attend medically sensitive exams and procedures.  The MA – Medical Chaperone serves as a witness and safeguard for both the patient and the provider. 

Secondary to chaperoning, the MA – Medical Chaperone supports nursing staff at Keystone Women’s Care (KWC) as needed.  This individual may assist with rooming patients, providing patient care, and prescribe medical treatments.

Keystone Health Crisis Intervention Program provides mental health and drug and alcohol services throughout the Franklin and Fulton County areas. These services are provided by Hotline and/or face-to-face contact in the Crisis office or the local hospital emergency departments.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in social work, psychology, rehabilitation, activity therapies, counseling, education, or related fields and three (3) years of mental health direct-care experience  OR Bachelor’s degree in sociology, social work, psychology, gerontology, anthropology, political science history criminal justice, theology, counseling, education or related field or be a registered nurse,  and five (5) years direct care experience and two (2) years supervisory experience. OR A bachelor’s degree in nursing and 3 years of mental health direct care experience OR  A registered nurse license, certified in psychology or psychiatry.

Current CPR certification is required.
