Ms. Besecker attended The Institute of Midwifery, Women and Health, an affiliate of the University of Philadelphia, where she completed the Nurse/Midwifery Program. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Shenandoah University and her diploma in Nursing from the Lancaster General Hospital.
