Keystone Health Reduced Fee Program
The policy of Keystone Health is to provide patients who qualify with an opportunity to participate in a program reducing the amount owed to Keystone Health for services received. These reductions range from 20% – 80%. The major determining factors in this program are household income and size.
You will not be eligible for this program if:
- You have current medical insurance (exceptions may be made for non-covered services)
- You are not a current patient with Keystone Health
Once you are approved for the Reduced Fee program, you will receive a participant card indicating your level of reduction and a cover letter explaining where the card is honored. You must present your card at the time of each visit.
If at any time you are not compliant with the guidelines and stipulations applied to this process and the process of collections, your application will be terminated and account balance will be reversed to full fee. In addition, if at any point during your eligibility you acquire Medical Insurance, you will no longer be eligible for the Keystone Health Reduced Fee program.
