Referral Specialist
Location: Keystone Internal Medicine
Schedule: Monday – Friday | Full Time (40 hours/week) | No weekends or holidays

Job Description:
The Referral Specialist will perform medical records duties, including the management of referrals and forms. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, compiling, verifying, and scanning patient health information into the electronic health record according to established guidelines. The incumbent will perform duties under the supervision of the Office Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage referrals and forms.
- Schedule appointments.
- Compile, verify, and scan patient health information into the electronic health record.
- Enter insurance information and determine errors in the system.
- Ensure compliance with established guidelines of Keystone Health.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Electronic Health Records experience required.
- A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a similar position in a health care setting is preferred.
- Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and evolving environment
