Medical Assistant
PRN
(4 hours a week, fixed schedule Mondays 8-12)
The Agricultural Worker Program is seeking a Medical Assistant to join the team.
The Medical Assistant collaborates with the full-time nurse to attend to the patients and maintain operations of the clinic related to patient care. Participates in outreach clinics and attends Franklin County Clinics for migrant workers.
Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program. Prefer 2 years’ experience in Primary Care and/or Community Health Work. Knowledge of and the ability to provide services in a manner appropriate to the culture of the farmworker community.
Bilingual skills are preferred but not required.
Licenses and Certifications: Current CPR certification. Current PA Driver’s license. Medical Assistant Certification a plus.
