IT Technician II
Location: Keystone Professional Center – 111 Chambers Hill Drive
Schedule: Monday – Friday | Full Time (40 hours/week) | No weekends or holidays
General Summary
Keystone Health is seeking a knowledgeable, dedicated, detail-oriented IT Technician II to join our growing Information Technology team. This full-time role provides onsite and remote technical support for more than 625 employees across a Microsoft-based environment. The IT Technician II will troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring seamless daily operations that support patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for computers, printers, software applications, and related systems both onsite and over the phone.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain and support network and Wi-Fi connectivity, including switches, routers, and cabling.
- Assist with the implementation, installation, and configuration of personal computers, software, and networking equipment.
- Skills to diagnose and identify software/hardware issues, and the insight to develop technical information material and asset inventory data.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and security standards.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in a technology-related field required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting PCs, software, and end-user environments.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with IP networking, routing, and Internet access support/installation.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, applications, and file management.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to provide courteous, effective user support.
- Experience working in a healthcare setting with HIPAA compliance is preferred.
