Keystone Health is holding a Social Thinking Symposium from April 18 – 20th at St. Paul United Methodist Church (750 Norland Avenue, Chambersburg). If you’d like to attend, please fill out the form below.
The event is free, however a $20 TOTAL deposit to hold you and your guests seat(s) for all 3 days, is required. This entire deposit will be returned to you when you arrive at the event. However, if payment is a barrier for you, please call Jan Lewis at (717)709-7959 or email jlewis@keystonehealth.org. After submission, you will be redirected to PayPal for your $20 deposit.

Dates and times of event are as follows:
Wednesday (Parents only): 6 pm – 9 pm
Thursday: 9 am- 4 pm
Friday: 9 am- 3 pm
