Dr. Choi completed her residency at SUNY-Downstate Medical Center, in Brooklyn, NY. She also attended New York Medical Collegein Valhalla, NY as well as Autonomous University of Guadalajara in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, where she earned her medical degree.
