Dr. Kaufman completed his residency at Children’s Hospital of the King’s Daughters in Norfolk, VA. He received his M.D. at the Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine in Hershey, PA. Dr. Kaufman earned his B.S. at West Chester University in West Chester, PA.
