Need help with your Medical Assistance Application?
Keystone Health has Outreach Enrollment Navigators available to assist you in applying for medical assistance or other health care coverage programs. Outreach Enrollment Navigators are located at The Cochran Professional Center at 830 Fifth Avenue, Suite 104 and 51 S. Main Street in Chambersburg. Walk-ins are welcome or you may call them at (717) 709-7969 to ask questions or make an appointment. Counselors are available Monday through Friday 8:00 am- 5:00 pm. (Spanish translation is available.)

No Insurance or Limited Insurance?
If you have no insurance or limited insurance, our Outreach Enrollment Navigators will help determine if you are eligible to apply for resources that can help you pay your medical bills. Many options are available such as Children’s Health Insurance Program and Keystone’s Reduced Fee Program. Our Outreach Enrollment Navigators have the applications you need and will help you identify what documentation is needed.
