Keystone Behavioral Health is seeking a full time LPN to join the team. Keystone Health is committed to creating a positive, supportive working environment that promotes excellent work-life balance while providing high quality care.
This position will be responsible for processing medication requests, whether online or walk-in and medication reconciliation. Assisting in prior authorizations and working with the providers to make sure that medication requests and prescription drug monitoring programs (PDMP) checks are all completed prior to for each patient.
Completes other tasks such as phone calls, requesting medical records for new patients, referral tracking, lab and diagnosis tracking. This position will also float to assist other nurses when needed.
The ideal candidate must be able to multi-task, be well organized, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications: High School Diploma/ GED required. Previous behavioral health LPN/MA experience and knowledge of electronic medical records preferred but not required. Spanish-speaking skills are a plus.
