Dental Scheduler
Full Time (Monday-Friday)
No Weekends and No Holidays!
Keystone Dental Care is seeking a full-time Dental Scheduler to join the team.
Performs scheduling responsibilities for all patients in Keystone Dental Care (KDC) and Keystone Pediatrics Dental Care (KDC-P). Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Servicing patients and their needs by scheduling patients in multiple channels such as phone, Solution Reach, and email. Also is responsible for rescheduling appointments as needed, scheduling incoming referrals, and assisting with mailings and other projects as call volume permits. Coordinates work between KDC and KDC-P departments. Optimizes service procedures to increase customer satisfaction.
Position Details:
- Full-time 40 hours per week
- No weekends or holidays
Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required. Experience working in a healthcare setting is highly preferred. Experience with telephones and computers. Ability to work well with and relate to the client population and consistently provide excellent customer service. Ability to work as a team member and communicate effectively with co-workers and management. Ability to focus and complete assigned tasks despite frequent interruptions. Basic typing/filing. Basic familiarity with various types of office equipment, including copiers, and fax machines.
