Crisis Intervention Specialist

This position is based out of the Chambersburg Hospital. The Crisis Intervention Specialist is responsible for 24/7 telephone, mobile, and walk-in crisis intervention in Franklin County. The Crisis department is also responsible for assisting Fulton County via telephone crisis services.
Shifts are Sunday to Thursday, 2pm to 10pm or Sunday to Thursday, 3pm to 11pm.
Applicant will be required to answer hotline calls and provide mobile and walk-in assessment services to individuals with mental health concerns.
The applicant is required to have a master’s degree in human services or a related field and 3 years direct care experience or a bachelor’s degree with 5 years direct care experience and 2 years supervisory experience.
Spanish speaking skills also a plus.
