The Keystone Health September Employee Spotlight shines on Kelley Williamson of Keystone Family Medicine.
Kelley Williamson, lead licensed practical nurse at Keystone Family Medicine, loves her job and helping others. She began her career at Keystone as a staff nurse in 2001 and was promoted to lead LPN in May of 2011.
Every day for Kelley is different. “My days consist of providing guidance to the clinical staff, assisting providers, and providing direct patient care, vaccine inventory, attending meetings, and various other duties,” she said.
Kelley loves to help others. “The only motivation I need is knowing I can be a listening ear and caregiver that brings a smile to a person’s face,” she said. Kelley aims to make a difference for each patient she sees and says she’s always felt nursing was her life’s calling. “I am very proud to be a part of the Keystone team, to work with our community, and carrying out Keystone’s mission. I am privileged and forever grateful to have this rewarding job and to work alongside wonderful coworkers to provide the best care for our patients.”
Kelley lives in Franklin County with her husband, son, daughter, and ‘fur babies’ a English Bulldog and 2 cats. She loves to ride motorcycles with her husband, travel, photography, and staying active with her family. “I love that we’re not far from major cities but can come home to Franklin County and enjoy it’s beautiful landscape and all that it has to offer,” she said.
