The Keystone Health February Employee Spotlight shines on Denise Clough of Keystone Women’s Care.
Denise Clough, office manager of Keystone Women’s Care in Chambersburg, has a passion for her job and the patients of Keystone Health.
Denise began working for Keystone in 2001. “I started at the front desk at Keystone Family Medicine posting charges and doing checkout for the billing department. I then moved to the billing department full time and worked my way up to being the lead billing representative. I was then given the opportunity to be the office manager at Keystone Women’s Care and I have been in this position for 9 years,” she said.
Denise spends her days taking care of patient concerns, working on the health care providers schedules, checking on employee needs, and other needs of the practice. She says she believes the work of Keystone is making a difference in the community. “I’m proud to work at Keystone—seeing our patients happy and helping them with their issues,” she said. “I believe in Keystone’s mission and what we stand for. I am proud of how far Keystone has come and changed in the years that I have been a part of it.”
Denise and her husband Bill will celebrate their 20th wedding anniversary on April Fools Day. They have one son, Brett, and live in Cumberland County. “I’m a country girl at heart for sure. I love the mountain views and the farm fields as well as the peace and quiet,” she said. When she’s not at work she loves spending time with her family, friends, camping, and riding her Harley.
