Keystone Health is holding a Social Thinking Symposium from April 18 – 20th at St. Paul United Methodist Church (750 Norland Avenue, Chambersburg). If you’d like to attend, please fill out the form below.

A $20 deposit to hold your seat(s) would be much appreciated after you submit the form, all of which will be returned to you when you arrive for the event.
