Since 1995, Keystone Health has been the leading provider of HIV services in Franklin County and the surrounding area. Keystone HIV Program offers a full range of services aimed at promoting healthy individuals and a healthy community.
Keystone’s HIV Program provides services regardless of race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual preference, ability to pay, and disability.
HIV and STD testing is available at Keystone Health! These services are often free or low-cost based on eligibility. Insurance is accepted, but not required.

Keystone HIV Program Advisory Board
Did you know – the Keystone Health HIV Program has an advisory board? The board meets monthly, and we welcome those living with HIV to participate to help guide our program. If you are interested in participating, please speak with your case manager for more information!
