April Employee Spotlight – Tena Fink is proud to be a part of the Keystone Health team. The office manager of Keystone Internal Medicine and Keystone Infectious Diseases started working at Keystone Internal Medicine in 2008 as a staff nurse and later managed calls to the triage and prescription phone line. In 2012 she was promoted to office manager. Although every day is unpredictable, she loves her work and the people she works with.
Tena says setting goals and working with her team keeps her motivated to come to work each day. She spends her time assisting providers, staff, and patients with any need they may have. “I’m proud to make people feel valued and make a difference in the lives of our patients,” Tena said. “I feel fortunate to be a part of the team at Keystone—TEAM being the keyword. Keystone has provided a diverse group of medical providers for our community. All Keystone Health practices work together to be able to provide the best possible care for all patients.”
Tena is a Shippensburg native and enjoys travel, camping, and spending time with her family. She lives in Franklin County with her husband and 2 year old daughter. “Franklin County has always been home to me. I love watching the area grow and developing new opportunities for the residents,” Tena said.
