Dr. Sandoval-Martinez completed his residency at New York Medical College, in Valhalla, NY.  He received his Doctor of Medicine degree from Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara in Guadalajara, Mexico, and his Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology and Chemistry from Brigham Young University.
