Keystone’s Agricultural Worker Program (AWP) is looking for a bilingual Site Coordinator for our Adams County region. The position is a year-round full-time (40 hours a week) position with main headquarters located in Gardners, PA. The Outreach Coordinator is the central person which represents the Outreach program in the region.
Responsibilities include maintaining an accurate list of farms in the area (as well as contact information for those farms), coordinating outreach events, facilitating the registration process, tracking regional information, and providing bilingual services as needed. Transports or coordinates the transportation of farmworkers to and from Clinic, to and from medical appointments, and occasionally to the Emergency Room.
Works with Agricultural Worker providers (physician, nurses) to arrange for patient follow up appointments and medical visits. Communicates information to patient in a timely manner.
Supervisory Responsibilities: Supervises translators and students to ensure proper documentation of demographic information and the required signatures. Oversees camp outreach process ensuring adequate staffing.
Qualifications: Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree, or in process. 2-4 years of experience working with Hispanic population or in Human Services. Management experience or health care experience preferred.
Must be fluent in Spanish and English.
