Full-Time

Department Hours: 8am-7pm Monday -Friday 8am-1pm Saturday

Join Keystone Health in Chambersburg, PA in our Pharmacy Department. Applicant must have a PharmD degree in Pharmacy, a valid Pennsylvania Pharmacist License with an Injectable License for vaccine administration, as well as a PA license. Applicant should be familiar with Amplicare and Outcome Platforms. MTM certification is a plus. Board Certified Ambulatory Care Pharmacist is a plus. Must have good verbal and written communication skills. Spanish speaking skills a plus.
