Full-time vacancy with a work week of Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm. MUST have extensive knowledge of FMLA processes and procedures. MUST have experience using Microsoft Windows applications. Must be familiar with benefit administration. Experience working with ADP is strongly preferred.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Coordinates and carries out personnel-related matters concerning the organization’s employees. Primary responsibilities include the areas of benefit administration, i.e., maintenance of files and records, preparation of reports, and coordination of certain post-employment requirements.
Administers the organization’s Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) program. Responds to requests for FMLA, provides guidance on requirements, including what is required to pre-pay or continue payments for insurance benefits, monitors, receives, and processes benefit payments from employees while on leave, provides guidance and assists in processing enrollment change information, to include the addition of newborns to existing insurance coverage(s).
Requirements: Associates degree and minimum of 2 – 3 years experience and/or training in HR, FMLA, benefits, onboarding, recruitment.
