Keystone Health has an exciting opportunity for a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) to join our Agricultural Worker’s Program and play an integral role in helping to provide high-quality compassionate care to all migrant patients throughout the community.
Keystone Health was founded in 1986 and is the largest multi-specialty Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in the nation. Keystone provides a proven multi-disciplinary model for collaborative practice.
The Nurse Practitioner will work as part of a medical outreach team approximately 4 to 6 hours, one or two evenings a week providing medical care to migrant and seasonal farmworkers in Gardners, PA and neighboring counties. Spanish speaking skills are preferred but not required. The applicant must have excellent communication skills and a willingness to travel to different locations.
- Graduate of an accredited family nurse practitioner program.
- Master’s degree preferred.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
- Current nursing and nurse practitioner licenses in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
- Federal DEA license
- AANP or ANCC Family Nurse Practitioner Certification preferred.
- Current CPR Certification
