This position will submit purchase orders for the procurement of printed materials, office supplies, pharmaceuticals, medical supplies and other materials and equipment using Group Purchasing Organization agreements as necessary for Keystone Health to obtain best pricing and quality.
Minimum of one year purchasing experience in medical field, preferably with a Federally Qualified Healthcare Center. Experience in preparing RFP’s and analyzing responses to formulate recommendations. Knowledge of supply chain processes. Experience managing projects.
Full-time vacancy with a work week of Monday – Friday, no holidays, or weekends.
The successful candidate will have strong negotiation and organizational skills, be detail oriented, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and work well independently and in a team environment. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office programs. Spanish language skills a plus.
