Full time: 40 hours/week Monday – Friday
Under the supervision of the Controller, the Accounting Assistant scans, codes and processes invoices for payment. Reconciles vendor statements and maintains vendor W-9s. Supports the Finance Department on other accounting functions. Records cash and credit card deposits, account reconciliations, and patient refunds.
Applicant MUST be proficient specifically in Excel, competent in Microsoft Office, and have experience completing accounts payable. Applicant must also be comfortable operating other office machines and equipment including copiers, FAX and adding machines. Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and ability to work in harmony with co-workers needed.
